Background Ciro Attardo is a physician artist. Physician: Status Retired After completing residency at Downstate and St. Joseph's Medical Center, Dr. Attardo served as board certified family physician in Orange County NY from 1984 until his retirement in 2021. He is a founding physician for Horizon Medical Group. Hospital affiliations included Arden Hill Hospital, Orange Regional Medical Center and St. Anthony's Hospital in Warwick. In 1985, he was appointed medical director of Arden Hill Life Care Center and was certified by the American Board of Medical Directors. He later became chief medical officer and VP Medical Affairs for Elant Inc, a multifacility healthcare organization in Westchester, Putnam and Orange Counties.
