About Ciro Attardo
Physician
Ciro Attardo completed his residency training at Downstate Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Medical Center. He became a board-certified family physician, serving the Orange County, New York, community from 1984 until his retirement in 2021. He was a founding partner of Horizon Family Medical Group.
In 1985, he became medical director for Arden Hill Life Care Center and received American Medical Director certification. He served as Vice President of Medical Affairs for Elant Inc., with facilities in Orange, Westchester, and Putnam counties until 2009.
Artist
Ciro Attardo is a self-taught artist whose interest in painting began with medical illustration and drawing. Currently, he is a representational painter using oil paint and watercolor.
He is a member of numerous art organizations that include the American Watercolor Society, Wallkill Center for the Arts, Orange County Council, in addition to Goshen, Middletown, and Cornwall art groups.
